Before you book
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and there's no obligation to place an order. We use it to understand your product idea and see whether we're the right manufacturing partner for you.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and packaging. Most formulations start at 100 pieces per variant, while some packaging types need higher volumes. We'll give you exact numbers on the call once we know what you're making.
Do you handle FDA registration?
We manufacture under FDA-compliant processes and can guide you through product notification requirements for your own brand. Bring any documents you already have to the consultation.
Can I visit the facility?
Yes — choose "Factory visit" when booking. Visits need at least three days' notice so we can schedule someone from the production team to walk you through.
How soon can production start after we agree?
Typically 2–4 weeks after formulation sign-off and packaging is confirmed, depending on material availability and batch size.
